How do I place an order online?

Why does X Integration appear on my credit card statement?
X Integration is our parent company and all transactions will use the X Integration name.

 

What Couriers do we use?
We have collaboration with many well known courier companies to supply you fast and safe delivery. Depending on the location we decide which courier company to be used.

 

How long will it take from my toner or ink cartridge to arrive?
It depends upon the location and time of order.Expected delivery time range from 1 – 5 business days

 

I missed the delivery of my toner or ink cartridge how do I organize re-delivery?
If you have missed your delivery send us an email at Sales@printertoneguy.com.au or call us on 1300 789 299 to re-organise delivery as there will be a reshipping cost.

 

Can I pick up my toner in person?
Unfortunately all orders must be delivered by the couriers. You will not be able to pick up toner in person.
What payment methods do you support?
We take payment via credit card using visa, master card or american express. Payment is taken at time of checkout by our payment processor and we do not store any details on our site.
